Dear Ms Mayorkas:

1. Out of your entire EIR "tactical team", only ONE is from abroad, and even this one has been in the US for 20 YEARS? This is an insult to the intelligence of any aspiring entrepreneur.
2. And all you can come up with in your "Visa section" is visitor visas, student visas, visas for Nobel Prize winners, and employees? Are you joking?

WHERE ARE THE REAL ENTREPRENEUR VISAS???

Dear Sir,

It is heartening to see the President of the United States, the Director of USCIS and the Secretary of Homeland Security doing their best to find pathways for non-immigrants to dream big and stay in America. All these efforts are in vain if you do not have an honest visa system in place first and foremost at all the American Consulates outside the United States of America.

Issue of visas at the American Consulates is a big scam. There is no proper justification for issue of visas. Imagine the websites and the Friday Visa Consular Team actually brag that visas not issued on documentary evidence. They say it all depends on the three to five minute interview with the Consular. Are you kidding me? How can he humanly determine the applicant's authenticity in three minutes? Are visas granted on your looks and your speech abilities? Why apply the application in Form DS-160 then? This clearly indicates that these applications are not even read. If no documentary evidence is required by the American Consulates outside the United States, why waste the applicant's time? There may be so many applicants who may be bluffing their way into America. It is no wonder that local people say that U.S. visas are granted as per the whimw and fancies of the consulars and that there is no justification or a proper authentic system in place. What makes it better for the American Consulates to encourage scams is that there is no supervision over their consular decisions or actions and neither is there any appeal. So they are not held accountable for their jobs. Unfortunately and surprisingly even the President of the United States is being checked for his actions BUT NOT THE AMERICAN CONSULATES. THEY HAVE FULL LIBERTY TO DO JUST WHAT THEY LIKE.On their webside they alert people falling prey to scams but I think intentionally or unintentionally the American Consulates encourage scams. There are agents who guarantee visas for a a good price. It is no wonder that even the bad people get into the United States so easily today.

Please Sir, ask the President to appoint a federal agency to oversee the workings of the American Consulates outside the United States especially in countries that a rated at the top of the list for corruption. Also, have a proper system for issue of visas so that genuine applicants are not disappointed and once for all stop all roques and crooks from finding their way into America.
