E-Verify Earns High Customer Satisfaction Results
E-Verify is one of our most rapidly growing programs, with more businesses and employers signing up every day. The results of a recent American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) survey showed that satisfaction and confidence in the free, online service are helping to drive its success.
More than 1,300 randomly selected employers who use E-Verify evaluated key program aspects, including registration, online training, ease of use, technical assistance and customer service. E-Verify received an exceptionally high overall customer satisfaction score – 86 out of 100 on the ACSI scale. That’s a one point improvement from the 2011 survey results, and 19 points above the current federal government average. E-Verify received scores over 90 for both its ease of use and speed of response.
Additionally, over 85 percent of users are:
- Likely to recommend E-Verify to other employers,
- Confident in E-Verify’s accuracy, and
- Likely to continue using the program.
More than 429,000 employers are enrolled to use E-Verify at more than 1.29 million worksites nationwide. On average, 1,500 new employers enroll each week.
